1. Where is Vedicskill located?
   We’re based online, but our roots are in Hyderabad, India.
2. What are your working hours?
   Our courses are available 24/7 online. For support, we’re here Monday–Friday, 11 AM – 8 PM IST.
3. What courses do you offer?
   Data Science, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Statistics, Business Intelligence, Generative AI Applications, Web App Development.
4. Do you provide enterprise solutions?
   Yes! We build enterprise-grade solutions in Web Apps, Desktop, and Mobile applications, tailored for data science, AI, and analytics needs.
5. How can I enroll in a course?
   Visit 👉 Udemy profile, pick your favorite course, and start learning today.
6. Do you provide certifications?
   We don’t provide certification with the Vedicskill name. Udemy provides certificates after course completion.
7. How do I contact support?
   Drop us an email anytime at support@vedicskill.com or datascienceanywhere@gmail.com. We respond within 24 hours.
8. Do you offer free trial or demo classes?
   No, we don’t provide live or offline trial classes. All our courses are self-paced online learning modules.
9. Can businesses request custom training?
   Currently, we do not provide custom training. You can request a new course, and if it’s in demand, we’ll create it.
10. Are your courses beginner-friendly?
    Yes! Most courses start from zero knowledge and gradually move towards advanced topics with hands-on projects.
11. Do I need prior coding experience?
    Not necessarily. Some courses benefit from Python knowledge, but beginner-friendly courses cover coding basics first.
12. How long do I have access to the courses?
    Lifetime access via Udemy, including future updates.
13. Are there any free resources available?
    Yes! Check our YouTube channel for free tutorials: Data Science Anywhere.
14. Do you update your courses regularly?
    Yes, we continuously update courses to match latest industry standards.
15. Can I download the notes and code?
    Yes ✅ Notes, source codes, and projects are provided. Many are also on GitHub.
16. Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied?
    Udemy has a 30-day refund policy.
17. Do you provide 1-on-1 mentoring?
    Currently, no. Courses and documentation are self-explanatory.
18. Do you provide job placement assistance?
    No direct placements, but project-based learning builds a strong portfolio.
19. Can I access courses on mobile?
    Yes, all courses are available on the Udemy mobile app.
20. How can I stay updated about new courses?
    Subscribe to our YouTube channel and follow us on Udemy.
